Dropbox today released a version 2.0 of its desktop client for Windows and Mac OS X, featuring a new drop-down menu from which users can create links to documents and folders, accept invitations, view shared links or albums, and monitor changes to their accounts. The new client is also supported by Dropbox for Teams, the business-groomed version of the popular file-sharing service.
