IE 10′s ‘Do-Not-Track’ Default Dies Quick Death

Last Thursday, Microsoft announced that IE 10 would come with the 'Do Not Track' flag turned on by default. On Wednesday, the group setting the standard for the system made it clear that's not going to happen.
