AT&T’s App-Blocking Defense Is Weak and Anti-Consumer

AT&T says it's okay to block FaceTime over 3G and 4G because the app comes installed by default. Free Press' research director S. Derek Scott calls that argument laughable and a plain attempt to undermine net neutrality.
