For Obama’s Second Term, NASA Revives a Plan from Clinton’s Second Term

Rumor has it that NASA will unveil new human spaceflight plans for President Obama's second term. These plans are, however, actually more than a decade old. First developed at the end of the Clinton Administration in preparation for the Gore Administration, these plans envision an outpost beyond the moon as our first step out of low-Earth orbit, and they say little about precisely where astronauts might go after that.
